1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the kgtime platform and all related services. kgtime is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Using kgtime services through the website, mobile version or any other means means you agree to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

2.2 Account Management
If a user suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must notify the kgtime support team immediately. kgtime will not be responsible for misuse of an account if the user does not report it in a timely manner.
3. Age Limit and Eligibility
For persons aged 21 and above only. You must be at least 21 years old to participate on kgtime. We may request a government-issued ID at any time to verify your age.
Protecting minors from gaming is our priority. If a minor opens an account using false information, all funds deposited into that account will be forfeited and the account will be closed immediately.
In addition, persons who have legally agreed to refrain from online gaming or whose accounts have previously been closed may not open a new account.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on kgtime is ৳100 (one hundred taka) — for each payment method. Funds can be added to your account using the following methods:

Please note: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise instructed.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
- If an active bonus is present, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met.
- If suspicious activity is detected, kgtime reserves the right to put the withdrawal process on hold.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
New members on kgtime will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
5.1 Welcome Bonus Details
- Bonus rate: 120% of the first deposit.
- Maximum bonus: ৳8,000.
- Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
Example 1: A deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200.
Example 2: A deposit of ৳14,000 adds a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳22,000.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each bonus offer applies under its own separate terms. Please read the relevant terms before accepting an offer.
- Bonuses can only be used on eligible games — there may be differences for specific games.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically approved.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
- If any misuse or fraud related to a bonus is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
- kgtime reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
6. VIP Program
The kgtime VIP program has five tiers. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit. The tiers are:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
It is possible to move up to a higher VIP tier by staying regularly active. Cashback is added to the account automatically and separate wagering conditions may apply.
7. Gaming Rules
All games offered on kgtime are provided by certified software providers and fair play is ensured. Each game has its own rules which are displayed in the game interface.
7.1 General Gaming Terms
- Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no external interference is possible.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bets on incomplete rounds will be considered void and funds will be returned.
- Clearly erroneous winnings arising from any software or system error will be considered void.
- Users must ensure a stable internet connection while playing. Active bets may be cancelled if the connection is lost.
7.2 Live Casino
In live casino games, the instructions of the live dealer must be followed. In the event of a technical issue during a live session, the session recording will be reviewed and a decision will be made accordingly.
8. Prohibited Activities

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Closure by User
A user who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.
